At Disco Beads we like to encourage mindfulness, and our latest Limited Edition anklet can help you find your realignment. This Zen-inspired Chakra Anklet features a beautiful Chakra centrepiece made from semi-precious stone beads on a beautiful silver chain.

The seven Chakras are the centres in our bodies through which energy flows. Originating from Sanskrit, Chakra literally means “wheel” as it functions as a vortex of spinning energy interacting with various physiological and neurological systems in the body.

Positioned throughout our bodies, from the base of the spine (red) to the crown of the head (purple) these energy centres help the body to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions.

Each anklet is 23cm, with a 4cm extension chain so you can fit it to your comfort, with a standard silver Lobster Clasp fastening
