Glastonbury Festival!

Yes there will be mud, queues, rain and toilets you wish you'd never seen....but it is worth every minute!

Glastonbury Festival really is the mother of all festivals, and it is the Disco Fairies favourite week of the year!  But just what is it about Glastonbury that is so special?  

Being SO BIG is the magic ingredient.  You spend hours queuing down little Somerset lanes to finally arrive and park in a field practically the size of your home town full of cars!  Will you ever find your car again...especially after a weekend of excess...that's anyone's guess?!

You finally get through the ticket gate....and then the MAGIC begins!

There are up to 300,000 people in that there field....so many people in fact, that to run into someone you know is a minor miracle! And therein lies the beauty...no-one knows who you are, what you do, what is expected of you, what you expect of yourself...so your ego becomes irrelevant!  There is no longer any point keeping up the pretense...no-one cares!  It is like being born again...as the person you would be if you scraped away the layers of your life and just sprang into existence!

 There is no point being precious or proud, it is no longer relevant.  What you DO want to be is the person you want to meet...that way everyone has the best time!

Glastonbury is literally a giant re-set button.  If you go with an open mind, the mind you take away will be different.
